Q: What are the opening hours?
A: Humble Rays is open from 8am – 4:30pm, with the kitchen closing at 4pm daily.

Q: Are you open for dine in?
A: Adhering to the government laws regarding COVID-19 in metropolitan Melbourne, Humble Rays is currently operating on a take-away basis. No dine in options are available.

Q: Do you take bookings?
A: When operating at a normal dine-in service we offer bookings on Monday through to Friday and operate on a walk-in basis on weekends.

Q: Can the menu be adjusted for dietary requirements?
A: Unfortunately with our new Bento menu, adjustments cannot be made. We are so sorry for the inconvenience – we are currently operating under unforeseen circumstances and appreciate your understanding on the matter. However, some items in our menu (for example the Salmon Bento & Egg White & Bacon Bento) can be prepared Gluten Free.

Q: How can I order?
A: There are a few channels for you to reach us;

      1 - You can place your order through our website at "www.humblerays.com"

      2 - via LINE application on the mobile phone "@humblerays" or

      3 - on the EASI application on the mobile phone as well, ans look for "Humble rays".

Q: Do you deliver to outer suburbs?
A: We currently offer pre-order delivery routes for outer suburbs on Thursday through to Sunday. 

However, We offer a same day delivery within the CBD and in a 5km radius of Carlton. Get in contact with our staff to arrange delivery for your order!

Q: What is a cut-off time for pre-ordering?
A: Cut off time is up until midnight on the day before delivery date.

Q: Do you have gift cards/ vouchers?
A: We now have gift card  for purchasing on our website. valued at $30 and, $50. They are only be used through our website only.
